Data Protection & new GDPR, key factors and implications
On 29 November 2017, from 10 am to 2 pm, the GDPR Day will take place. The event is organized by T.net Italia S.p.A. in collaboration with other main players such as NetApp and Fortinet at the MIX Milan Internet Exchange/Data Center in Milan, via Caldera, 21.
Mix is a point of “multiple interconnection” in which the networks of each player (ISP, carrier, content provider, hoster etc.) interconnect themselves to exchange IP traffic (peering) efficiently and with advantageous costs compared to the transit.
Any aspect and impact of new Data Protection environment will be faced by the relevant panel; special guest will be Mr. Francesco Maria Pizzetti, Constitutional Law Professor at Turin University and past President of the Italian Data Protection Authority (2005-2012).
