Marina Cotelli deals with civil and criminal law in the favour of private clients, small and medium enterprises, both in and out of court.

She has accrued vast experience in family law (separation and legal and consensual divorces, changes to conditions, including through the latest assisted negotiation procedure, asset management between spouses). She also assists children in procedures relative to the limits to and forfeiture of parental responsibility and in criminal proceedings for the breach of family support obligations, as well as in crimes connected with the family.

Marina also operates in succession law; civil liability and medical liability; employment law; debt collection and management proceedings (petition for court orders, precepts, executive procedures); bankruptcy law.

She provides assistance in and out of court on criminal matters in connection with the consequences of insolvency (bankruptcy and tax offences, tax crimes, fraud, money laundering and receiving), crimes against the Public Administration.

He is a professional delegated to carry out executive procedures by the Court of Sondrio.

“Certified B Corporation” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements set by B Lab for social and environmental performance,accountability, and transparency.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) no. 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (UE) no. 1025/2012.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
