Erika Almasio deals with the administrative liability of legal entities pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, and with Life Sciences.

More specifically, she assists clients in the writing and updating of organization, management and control models relating to Legislative Decree 231/2001 in all sectors; furthermore, she supports the organizations’ Board of Statutory Auditors in the activities foreseen by Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Erika also offers assistance in the Pharmaceutical and Bio-technological sectors.

Erika obtained a Law degree with top marks at the University of Milan, and began her career dealing with criminal law at the Procura Generale della Repubblica della Corte d’Appello of Milan.

After being admitted to Milan’s bar, she has decided to specialize in extrajudicial assistance and joined RP Legal & Tax in February 2021.

“Certified B Corporation” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements set by B Lab for social and environmental performance,accountability, and transparency.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) no. 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (UE) no. 1025/2012.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
