Francesca Smiroldo

Francesca Smiroldo, a cum laude graduate, is a member of the Rome Bar Association.
She has gained significant experience in litigation and has worked mainly in civil, transport, banking, real estate and family law. She has also provided out-of-court advice and assistance, particularly in transactions and contract drafting, to businesses and individuals.
She has assisted the chairs of navigation and transport law at the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ and the University of Teramo. She holds a PhD in the same subject and has published notes to sentences and articles. She is a member of the Transport and Navigation Commission of the Rome Bar Association.
