News | RPLT in the sale of Icon Scientific Limited to Indicor Equity LLC

RPLT announces that it assisted Sogesta Worldwide Ltd in the sale of its majority stake in Icon Scientific Limited – a UK-based manufacturer of industrial process instrumentation – to Indicor Equity LLC through its US-based subsidiary Petroleum Analyzer Company (PAC) LP.

RPLT advised Sogesta Worldwid Ltd with the Partners Fabrizio Iliceto and Luca Finocchiaro; Icon Scientific Limited and the selling shareholders were assisted as per UK law by Harrison Clark Rickerbys Solicitors, financial advisor of the transaction was the investment bank EC M&A, while the buyer was assisted by the English law firm Travers Smith.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) no. 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (UE) no. 1025/2012.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
