The increasingly close relationships between private entities and the Public Administration are characterized by an articulated cross-section of disciplines, including contract law, labor law, tax, international and environmental law, disciplinary sector, as well as a capillary and layered regulation that require increasingly qualified and interdisciplinary expertise.

Clients who rely on our firm for administrative assistance – both judicial and extrajudicial – are national and multinational groups, in-house and mixed public companies (utilities), banks, financial institutions, transportation and construction companies, central and local public administrations and various public entities belonging to different sectors, from transportation to healthcare and pharmaceutical, from culture to the environment, up to the university and research fields.

  • Our comprehensive expertise and consultancy cover public procurement and contracts, construction and urban planning, local public services, public-private partnership operations (joint ventures, holding foundations, cooperation agreements, sponsorships, project finance), P.A. organization and public employment. We also handle liability lawsuits for fiscal damage and provide assistance in dealings with various Authorities, both in individual sanctioning proceedings and throughout regulatory activities.
  • We assist clients in organizing and managing healthcare services, in extraordinary transactions involving publicly-owned companies, in the development and redevelopment of disused areas, in the management of governance plans for territories and implementation plans. Additionally, we handle expropriation proceedings for public utility purposes, including the determination of corresponding compensation, the development of urban and interurban road systems, public infrastructures and networks (gas, ports, highways, airports), the determination of tariff conditions and operational contributions in the public transport sector.
  • We support SMEs, research entities and institutions in the application and management of EU funding programs (Horizon 2020, Cosme, Creative Europe) and national structural funds (ERDF, ESF, EAFRD).

La “Certificazione B Corporation” è un marchio che viene concesso in licenza da B Lab, ente privato no profit, alle aziende che, come la nostra, hanno superato con successo il B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) e soddisfano quindi i requisiti richiesti da B Lab in termini di performance sociale e ambientale, responsabilità e trasparenza.

Si specifica che B Lab non è un organismo di valutazione della conformità ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) n. 765/2008 o un organismo di normazione nazionale, europeo o internazionale ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) n. 1025/2012.

I criteri del BIA sono distinti e autonomi rispetto agli standard armonizzati risultanti dalle norme ISO o di altri organismi di normazione e non sono ratificati da parte di istituzioni pubbliche nazionali o europee.

“Certified B Corporation” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements set by B Lab for social and environmental performance,accountability, and transparency.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) no. 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (UE) no. 1025/2012.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
