She has specific expertise in litigation and in assisting leading companies in the areas of civil law, corporate law, commercial law, administrative law – particularly with regard to regulatory and contractual activity – in both pre-litigation and litigation.
She has lectured in training courses in civil and commercial law, served as Secretary in Arbitration Boards in contractual and corporate matters, and Secretary in Boards of Directors of S.p.A. and Public Participation Entities.
A graduate of the University of Siena, she is a member of the Potenza Bar Association.
