Paolo Berruti – former partner in leading law firms – carries out his professional activity with specific focus on civil law, corporate commercial law and administrative law aspects related to regulatory and contractual activities.
He advises and assists companies and corporations in contractual and corporate matters – drafting and negotiating typical and atypical contracts, real estate transactions, industrial cooperation agreements, joint ventures, acquisition and disposal of companies, industrial property licences, shareholders’ agreements, acquisitions of shareholdings in companies – in competition and market law and in related legal assistance.
He intervenes in administrative matters by assisting companies in their relations with the public administration and the Independent Authorities and in the related litigation before the administrative courts, with particular regard to public contracts and the related procedures for the selection of contractors and awarding of contracts, joint ventures and contracting authorities, the management of services, concessionary and authorising regimes in relation to the exercise of business activities and the use of state property.
He also acts as an arbitrator in Arbitration Boards on contractual matters – also international – corporate and public and private contracts. Since 2012, he has been an adjunct lecturer in civil law at the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions at the Sapienza University of Rome.
He is a certified professional “Italian Representative IICUAE – Italy Industry & Commerce Office in the U.A.E.”.
He graduated from the University of Rome La Sapienza and is a member of the Rome Bar Association.
