Vincenzo D’Antoni deals with corporate law and related banking and finance aspects.  His experience ranges from M&As to corporate matters (including joint ventures and the launch of new companies), contracts (including agency, distribution agreements, etc.) and commercial negotiations and legal consultancy in general.

He is a proactive member of the firm’s Japan Desk, assisting Japanese businesses with operations in Italy/the EU and Italian SMEs with business in Japan or which do business with Japanese companies. This approach leads him to head out to Japan frequently during the year.

He graduated cum laude in 2009 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Parma and in 2011 achieved an LLM in International Finance Law from the prestigious School of Law of King’s College – University of London.

He is a member of numerous sector associations on an international level, including the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), the International Bar Association (IBA), the Financial Services Lawyers Association of London (FSLA) and the Centre for the Study of Financial Innovation (CSFI).
