Pier Paolo Esposito graduated in Law at the University of Naples ‘Federico II’, discussing a thesis in banking law entitled ‘The issuance of sustainable products of banks in the light of the NextGenEu Programme’.
He gained significant academic experience abroad, first at the Ècole de Droit de la Sorbonne (EDS) in Paris, and later at the UCLouvain in Brussels, where he carried out a thesis research period and deepened his understanding of sustainable finance and the impact of sustainability factors (ESG) on banking.
Pier Paolo provides legal assistance in banking and financial regulation for credit institutions, SGRs, UCITS, financial intermediaries, payment service providers (PSPs) and crypto-asset service providers (CASPs).
In particular, he advises on banking and financial compliance, corporate governance and internal control functions (internal audit, risk management, compliance, anti-money laundering), as well as on corporate contracts and ESG issues.
