Francesca graduated in Economics and Management at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, discussing a thesis on cross-border mergers. In 2024 she obtained a second level Master’s degree in Tax Law at the University of Rome LUMSA, with a thesis on the main issues of international taxation (tax residence, foreign investiture, controlled foreign companies and global minimum tax). She specializes in tax law and assists companies and groups of companies with multinational activities. In particular, she has gained experience in accounting, corporate and tax issues, with particular reference to business income, VAT and transfer pricing. She is a trainee accountant registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome.
