Fabrizio Iliceto is an expert in commercial, corporate, banking and financial market law.

He regularly assists large national and international industrial and banking groups in extraordinary M&A transactions, financing, debt restructuring, IPOs, capital increases, bond issues and public purchase and exchange offers. Fabrizio also provides ongoing assistance to clients on matters of corporate law and commercial contracts, as well as regulatory matters for issuers with listed securities. In this context, he has assisted clients in the establishment and authorization of asset management companies and in the creation of investment funds. In the judicial field, he deals with issues related to banking law and litigation in corporate, banking and financial regulatory matters.

He has worked in leading Italian law firms in Milan, Rome and Hong Kong.

When he thinks of a fundamental skill for a lawyer, he remembers Rudyard Kipling’s phrase: “Keep your head when all about you are losing theirs and blaming it on you”.

During his work experience in Hong Kong, where he gained significant knowledge of Asian markets, he was the promoter of the procedure for the recognition of Italy – by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange – as an admitted jurisdiction for the listing of Italian companies on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

He has been a partner of RP legalitax since 2016.

I criteri del BIA sono distinti e autonomi rispetto agli standard armonizzati risultanti dalle norme ISO o di altri organismi di normazione e non sono ratificati da parte di istituzioni pubbliche nazionali o europee.

“Certified B Corporation” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements set by B Lab for social and environmental performance,accountability, and transparency.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) no. 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (UE) no. 1025/2012.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
