Francesca Lodigiani works as a lawyer in the Media-Entertainment and Corporate and M&A industry. Since 2001, the independent publication “Chambers Europe – Europe’s Leading Lawyers” has included her amongst the best Italian communications lawyers.

Francesca has assisted some of the most important national and international groups in the entertainment industry, in cinematographic and television production and distribution, and for the linear and non-linear transmission of contents, including the regulatory aspects. Her experience includes major M&As in the entertainment and TLC industries and electronic cartography.

Having graduated cum laude and with special mention from the University of Genoa, Francesca was a partner in the Pavia e Ansaldo and Pirola Pennuto Zei e Associati firms. She has been Of Counsel with RP Legal & Tax since 2015.

Passionate about the sea and a nautical expert, Francesca is “proboviro” (“wise man”) for Confindustria Nautica. Registered with the Official List of Journalists, she has been writing about sailing since 1980 for the newspaper Il Messaggero, in which she has a weekly column entitled “Passione Vela” (“A passion for sailing”).

I criteri del BIA sono distinti e autonomi rispetto agli standard armonizzati risultanti dalle norme ISO o di altri organismi di normazione e non sono ratificati da parte di istituzioni pubbliche nazionali o europee.

“Certified B Corporation” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements set by B Lab for social and environmental performance,accountability, and transparency.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) no. 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (UE) no. 1025/2012.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
