Edoardo Schiesari works mainly in the field of commercial law.

He gained specific experience in providing ordinary assistance to Italian companies in drafting and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements.

He has further enhanced his experience by working on secondment in the legal department of a multinational group.

He has also gained experience in the field of litigation, particularly in the areas of Banking & Finance and NPLs.

He graduated from the University of Turin during the 2018 – 2019 academic year, with a thesis in bankruptcy law and commercial criminal law, supervised by professors Alessandra Rossi and Eva Raffaella Desana, analysing in depth the comercial profiles of bankruptcy crimes.

He joined RPLT RP Legalitax on May 2019.
