Giuseppe Taffari deals with Third Sector entities, social entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainability. He assists foundations, associations, cooperatives and social enterprises in the start-up phase, in the management of institutional activities, in the development of fundraising initiatives, in the preparation of organizational models in accordance with the Legislative Decree 231/2001 and in the context of extraordinary operations and reorganization. He assists start-ups, benefit companies, B-Corps and companies with a “social vocation” in the study and development of innovative projects in the field of social business and social, cultural and business innovation. He has also gained expertise in ESG issues and regulatory profiles of social reporting and impact measurement processes.
Giuseppe holds a master’s degree in “Management of Social Enterprises, Non-Profit and Cooperative Companies,” from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a diploma in “Development and International Cooperation,” from ISPI – Istituto Studi di Politica Internazionale.
Giuseppe collaborates with universities and educational institutions and has participated in the editing of numerous articles and publications, including “Legal Tools for Fundraising” (Philanthrophy Ed.), “The World of Nonprofits” (Il Sole 24 Ore), “Co-economy – An Analysis of Emerging Socio-economic Forms” (Feltrinelli Foundation), “All Businesses Must Be Social.
